Hydro One Pension Plan Biannual Pension Entitlement Audit

Overview
TELUS Health on behalf of Hydro One Pension Administration issues an audit to all pensioners that must be completed on a biannual basis in even numbered years (i.e. 2022, 2024, 2026, 2028, etc). This audit ensures the correct person is receiving benefits and the information contained on file is accurate and up-to-date.
The 2024 pensioner audit will begin on April 29, 2024.
There are two ways to complete the audit:

  1. You can complete the audit online via the TELUS Health self-service portal (https://hydroone.hroffice.com) and click on the “Pensioner Audit” tile to complete the audit. If you encounter any issues with logging in, please contact TELUS Health for assistance at 1-877-857-3405.
  2. By completing the paper copy of the audit form (which will be mailed out to the address on file on April 29th) and mailing it back using the pre-paid return envelope to:

Completion of the audit is mandatory for all individuals in receipt of a Hydro One pension. If no response is received by the deadline, TELUS Health and Hydro One may be required to make changes to your record until the requested information has been provided, which may result in delays to future pension payments.
