ADHD by Khatiza Bi Bi

No Charge
Deadline to register: Wednesday, March 18, 2026 (or earlier if we reach our Zoom Meeting capacity).
Our guest speaker is Khatiza Bi Bi, a Registered Psychotherapist at Be Be Therapy in Etobicoke.
Khatiza will discuss Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Did you know that ADHD is not just a childhood condition—and that many adults, even seniors, go
undiagnosed for decades? Understanding ADHD can shed light on lifelong patterns of distraction,
forgetfulness, emotional overwhelm, or restlessness that were often dismissed as personality quirks.
Khatiza’s work centers on helping people identify the root causes of emotional and psychological challenges,
including ADHD, and build personalized strategies to improve their quality of life. Known for her warm,
relatable approach, she creates a safe space where clients feel both supported and empowered.
In this session, Khatiza will break down ADHD in clear, accessible terms—exploring how it shows up across
the lifespan, how it often goes undetected in older generations, and how understanding it can improve both
self-awareness and relationships.
We ask participants to pay their Calendar Year 2026 membership fee prior to registering if you have not
done so already.
